His business empire spanned frontiers, reaching out to Sierra Leone, Cameroon, Ghana, Benin, Guinea, Liberia, Tanzania, the UK, the USA, Spain, Azerbaijan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Japan, Oman, Qatar, and Bahrain. Such was his great entrepreneurial spirit that the government of Sierra Leone appointed him as the Hon. Consul General of Sierra Leone in India. Seth Thakurdasji Choithram Pagarani saw to it that his vision and work found their way towards the future, for which he established 3 trusts in India and 1 in Sierra Leone (West Africa).

World Book Of Records, London (UK) recognizes Emerald Heights International School Indore, Ermitage International School of France and Choithram Netralaya Indore for creating history.
‘An Exclusive Record’ was attempted for organizing one of the largest Eye Check-Up Camps where 15, 000 people were screened and 17,500 pairs of spectacles distributed at 42 Radhaganj, Hathithan, Dewas, Madhya Pradesh (India) from 10 to 12 February 2020.
A tremendous success both as a charitable opportunity and a learning experience for the students. Throughout the camp, the students were involved in registration of patients, vision testing, assisting the optometrist and distributing prescribed spectacles. This was a great opportunity for the students to gain practical experience in the medical field, while helping those in need. The camp was a resounding success, with the students and volunteers alike praising the positive impact it had.
This was done with the help and guidance of doctors from Choithram Netralaya. Hospital visits were arranged for patients who were diagnosed with cataracts. During their hospital visits, the patients received a comprehensive eye examination, and if necessary, surgery was performed to treat their cataracts. The hospital visits were completely free of cost, and the patients were given follow-up care.
As a result of Choithram Netralaya’s expert team of doctors, patients may observe sunrises, headlines, traffic lights, watch blind people cross the street, observe the growth of the success graph, observe children playing in the park, observe nature at sunset, and enjoy this beautiful world.
